Spamming, Hotlinking, Bandwidth Stealing or any other illegal and unethical practices are prohibited and severely punished.
| Cancellation |
- Web Design:
If customer cancel the website design order after the 24 hour money back guarantee period expired, and if the work already started, the money will be returned, but there will be a discretionary $50.00 late cancellation fee debited for the standard design and $100.00 for the others types of designs.

- E-Commerce:
If customer cancel the website design order after the 24 hour money back guarantee period expired, and if the work already started, the money will be returned, but there will be a discretionary $50.00 late cancellation fee debited.
Any fees paid for software bought for the customer application, or any setup fees paid to the payment gateway to setup the account will not be returned.
Web Hosting:
If the customer cancel the web hosting service after the free 30 days period expired, the monthly charges will apply, but any remaining money from any prepay payment will be returned ( Applies to quarterly, semianually, and yearly payments).
- Domain Registration
Domain registration fee is not refundable. (Sorry, we don't get the money back from the registrar because you assume ownership of the domain name when you register the name)
| Late cancellation |
- Web Design:
If customer wants to cancel the order after the website design is finished there will be no refunds and the website design will be delivered. [ Please try to cancel before our people expend many hours designing your order. ]
- Web Hosting:
If the customer cancel the web hosting service after the free 30 days period expired, the prorated monthly charges will apply, but any remaining money from prepay payment will be returned ( Applies to quarterly, semiannually, and yearly payments).
| Payments |
Check payments returned without funds ( bounced checks ) will carry a $ 32.00 fee. ( The amount the bank charge us )

| Credit card payments |
Legitimacy:
Charge payments are verified legitimate through our registered portal. If charges are fraudulent, services will be terminated and authorities informed.
No funds:
In the unfortunate event that your card is rejected for lack of funds we won't cancel our services. We will give you time to correct the problem, or credit if you need it. Contact us. [ Applies to current customers only ]
| Payment deferment |
In the event that you have a financial problem we can issue a deferment in your payments, one month or two and once a year only ( use it wisely ).
Must be requested in e-mail to the customer service department with a good reason, if approved the effect is not retroactive on a pass due accounts. ( Applies only to current customers after three months of service)
